In case of Emergency

An idea is spreading thanks to a Paramedic who found when at the scene of an accident. There were always cell phones with patients. Not knowing which # to call in an emergency situation, he came up with the idea of storing it under ICE. Emergency service personnel & hospital stall would know to call. If you have more than one contact name, simply enter ICE1, ICE2 & ICE3 etc.. A great idea that could save your life or your loved ones!! Let's spread the concept of ICE by storing an ICE# in our cell phones today!!

Excellent bug site, don't want another summer fighting off yellow jackets outside barbecuing.
It is called Cyflutrin (Tempo SC) It's expensive $70 for 8oz. You only use a little in a 4oz. can of water based tuna. Make your own traps, take coke or beer cans & cut large holes in both side & put the mix in the bottom & hang it where your animals can't get it using a coat hanger attached to the pull tab on top.

One can of tuna can makes

4 or 6 bate stations.

It's nesting time again for the Eagles. Live stream cameras so you get to watch the Eagles sit on their eggs hatch their young, raise them until they fly off on their own.
The Decorah eagles are nesting near the Decorah Trout Hatchery, located at 2325 Siewers Spring Rd in Decorah, IA.

In general, they begin courtship in October, productive mating in late January or early February, and egg-laying in mid to late February.

Hatching usually begins in late March to early April, and the eaglets fledge in mid-to-late June.
